#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fisherman stuffs the takedown attempt from Sailcirc. Sailcirc gets slowly back to his feet. A little jabbing left from Fisherman on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Sailcirc misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fisherman.
Sailcirc has his takedown stuffed and Fisherman counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Fisherman connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Sailcirc momentarily.
Fisherman's coach down at was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Fisherman's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Sailcirc takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

and Fisherman counters with a straight punch to the midsection. The crowd cheers as Fisherman lands an impressive looking overhand right. Moore doesn't seem phased though. A decent looking cross lands there for Fisherman. Fisherman is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. A slow jab from Fisherman misses its intended target. #R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fisherman throws a nice inside leg kick. Van fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Fisherman avoids it really well and circles away. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Fisherman! But no joy. Nice sprawl there from Fisherman as Van shoots in. Fisherman with a jab. Van goes for a double leg but Fisherman avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the ropes as Fisherman continues to drive forward. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Candy Van. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fisherman scores with a sloppy right hand. Van should have avoided that one. #ROC2#Van is rocked! Van changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fisherman tries to avoid it but Van manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fisherman to the ground. Fisherman escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A nice side step and Fisherman releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Fisherman throws a hook but Van avoids it easily. Van throws a big counter combination but Fisherman scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Van looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Fisherman lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Van circles away quickly and effectively. Van tries for a takedown but Fisherman sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.#TD2# Fisherman is looking for a takedown here. As Pao tries to get set, Shlemenko tries to push him back and clinch up but Pao manages to avoid the attempt.#TD2# Pao shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.#SUB# Shlemenko is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pao pulls his head out easily. Pao lands with a punch from half guard. Pao is nestled in close to Shlemenko, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Shlemenko tries to get to full guard but Pao has control of the leg. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pao working Shlemenko over with strikes. Pao throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Pao lands a nice short elbow. Pao's coaches at Shark Tank MMA have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position. Brooks has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Pao ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Pao wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Brooks walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Brooks avoids a punch combination nicely.

Pao lands the left hand. Brooks takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Brooks looks for the body kick but Pao saw that one coming. Pao lands with a right hand. Pao cracks a nice hook into Brooks's ribs. Brooks misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Ball is fending him off so far but Temirov persists. Nope, Ball circles away and we're back to standing. Ball stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Temir Temirov. That's going to take a lot out of him. Ball works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Temirov walks into a left hand. #ROC2# Temirov is rocked! Temirov fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Oh Temirov is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Beerus shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Ball counters with a lovely straight right hand! Ball getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Ball scores with a head kick. Beerus tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Beerus thows a leg kick but Ball checks it and Beerus takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ball displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Ball scores with the left hand. Beerus knows he should have avoided that one. #ROC# Beerus is rocked! Beerus misses with the combination.

Beerus fails with the takedown and Ball counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Beerus seems to have recovered his senses. Wrecking Ball has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lord Beerus.#T1# Ball connects with a jab. Beerus tries for a takedown but Ball circles away easily and Ball connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Ball cracks Beerus with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Ball connects with a solid leg kick. Beerus takes a jab right on the kisser.
Beerus drops his hands for a split second and Ball immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Beerus face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Ball follows up with a right hand that knocks Beerus into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Wrecking Ball! A very excited looking Wrecking Ball rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

#R1# Ball lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Average lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Average throws out a leg kick but Ball moves out of range and Average only half commits. We've been hearing reports that Average has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight. Ball moves out of range of the strikes. Ball walks into a straight right hand from Average. Average throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Average blocks a jab. Average drops down looking for a counter takedown but Ball sprawls and moves away. Ball misses with a hook. Average ducked under it nicely. Average throws a body punch but Ball moves out of range. Average tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Average ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ball moves away. Average lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Ball at a distance.
Average changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ball tries to avoid it but Average manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ball to the ground. Ball escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Ball jabs Average right on the nose. Average blinks but takes it well. Ball throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ball is desperately trying to get back to half guard.

Average is just content to waste time from the top position. Ball takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Ball pulls Average in close to his closed guard and prevents Average from doing any damage or advancing position. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Average accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. #T4# Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Ball keeping moving, preventing Average from controlling successfully. Average pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ball is keeping the position for now. Average trying to control the position from guard on top but Ball is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ball has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Secret Lab. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one. Average trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but Ball manages to land a sweep and now he's on top! #REVB# Average tries to land a sweep but no joy. Ball pulls Hassan in close to prevent any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Hassan trying to control the position from guard on top but Ball is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ball working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. #T1# Ball stands up over Hassan , holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Ball loads up on a big left hand. Hassan felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Ball looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Hassan can't hide his disappointment, as Ball celebrates the victory.
