Eniseev tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Kuzzzma Eniseev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Eniseev misses with a combination
#CL# and Pedro counters by moving into the clinch. #BC# Pedro pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Eniseev shoots and misses #KD# and Pedro counters with a head kick that drops Eniseev to the mat! Eniseev scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly! Pedro shoots in for a takedown but Eniseev shows good takedown defense. Eniseev tries to counter with a clinch but Pedro shakes him off and moves away.#CL# Pedro has closed the distance and engaged Eniseev in a clinch.
Eniseev tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pedro just stands there and leans against the cage. Curtis Pedro has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kuzzzma Eniseev. Eniseev looks winded! Pedro digs a right hand into Eniseev's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Eniseev's gas tank. Pedro bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Eniseev's guard. #REVR# We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Eniseev can do anything to dispel that myth. Pedro controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Pedro works a leg free and moves into half guard. Pedro not doing much here.

#T3# The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pedro has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount. #SUB# Pedro looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Pedro content just to control the position here. #T4# Eniseev is trying desperately to improve position. Eniseev tries to hold on but Pedro postures up. Pedro sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Pedro seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Eniseev for as long as he can get away with. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Eniseev throws a nice looking combination but Pedro bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Eniseev looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Not really close to a finish though. #SUB# Pedro looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Kuzzzma Eniseev has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Curtis Pedro is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! A lull in the action here.

Gee scores with an uppercut up the middle. Gee lands a right hand that snaps the head of Eniseev backwards. Gee lands a nice uppercut. Gee is working Eniseev over against the cage. Gee lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Eniseev backwards. A short uppercut from Gee. A short body shot lands from Gee as the two fighters clinch.
Eniseev is breathing heavily. Gee lands a right hand that snaps the head of Eniseev backwards. Gee looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Gee scores with a shoulder strike. Gee presses Eniseev against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Gee stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Gee throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Eniseevs head. Gee lands a nice shot to the body. A right handed body shot lands from Gee.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Mister Gee! A very excited looking Mister Gee rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Hines Jr lunges at Eniseev with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Eniseev's hand. #CUT2# It looks like Kuzzzma Eniseev has been cut. Eniseev throws a series of punches but Hines Jr avoids them all with ease. #KD2# Hines Jr feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Eniseev sprawling to the canvas! Eniseev rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Hines Jr finish him?!
#ROC2# Eniseev is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Hines Jr fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Eniseev out cold! Brutal finish!
