Sorthcutt cracks Cozad with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Cozad throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Sorthcutt was covering up waiting for the punch and Cozad finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Cozad is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Sorthcutt defends it well.
We've been hearing that Cozad has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.
