McGee sizes up Abueva with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
McGee takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Abueva is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
Abueva ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

McGee has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

McGee scores with a takedown into Maxwell's guard.
McGee seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
McGee sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Maxwell's guard.
McGee is controlling the pace.
McGee has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Lock and Roll Gym. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
McGee works his way into side control. #SUB2#
McGee is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Maxwell looks calm but he's in trouble here. McGee gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Maxwell is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! McGee lets go of the hold and Maxwell can pop his arm back in it's socket.

McGee is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pitlik is just riding it out for now. McGee eventually gives up the hold.

McGee is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Pitlik is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Pitlik flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. McGee anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Pitlik and secures both hooks! This could be bad! McGee slips an arm under Pitlik chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. McGee has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. McGee is squeezing on Pitlik like an anaconda would it's prey. Pitlik fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
