A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Armani accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. #R1# Poller misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Chen looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Chen goes for a double leg but Poller avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Poller continues to drive forward. Poller changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Chen tries to avoid it but Poller manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Chen to the ground. Chen escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Chen connects with an inside leg kick.#TD2# Poller closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Poller is trying to control the action in half guard but Chen is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Chen wants to control but Poller is keeping busy.

Chen changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Bruiseface tries to avoid it but Chen manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Bruiseface to the ground. Bruiseface escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Chen tries a head kick but it misses.
