Lyon jumps into guard, dragging Lora to the mat.
Lora stands and throws Lyon's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Lyon wants to control but Lora postures up.
Lyon is looking for a sweep.
Lora tries to move into full mount but can't pass Lyon's legs.
Lyon tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Lora wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
You can see the frustration on Lyon's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Lora wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lyon keeps working.
Lyon is looking for a sweep.

Blanks catches Lyon with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Lyon tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Blanks swivels and escapes.
Blanks lands a right hook to the body.
Blanks stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Blanks wants it to stay on the feet.

It looks like Lucious Lyon has been cut.#KD#
Blanks lands a left and a right that sends Lyon crashing to the canvas! Blanks dives into mount looking to finish!#ROC#

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Blanks lands with a good body shot.
Lyon looks winded!
Blanks cracks Lyon's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Lyon slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Blanks can do further damage! This one is done, son!

Lyon shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Elvira counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.

Fernando Elvira has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lucious Lyon.

Elvira wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Fernando Elvira seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Elvira fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Lyon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Elvira plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Lyon to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Lyon just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
