#R1# Petrov ducks under a wild hook from Leauxed. Petrov comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Petrov throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
enabling Leauxed to counter with a crisp jab. Petrov looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Leauxed is fending him off so far but Petrov persists. Nope, Leauxed circles away and we're back to standing. A telegraphed right hand from Petrov misses the target. Leauxed swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. Leauxed gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Petrov. Petrov lands an overhand right. Petrov is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Leauxed. A counter left hand to the body from Leauxed misses its target. Leauxed stuffs the takedown attempt from Petrov. Petrov gets slowly back to his feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Leauxed keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Decent striking displayed by Petrov there. Leauxed throws the left hand but Petrov avoids the punch easily.#T1# Petrov moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.#TD2# Leauxed gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Petrov tries to free his leg and advance position but Leauxed is retaining full guard. Leauxed is looking to stand up but Petrov isn't so interested in that idea. Petrov wants to control from the top but Leauxed keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Leauxed wants to get back to his feet but Petrov is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Petrov slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Petrov looking to pass the guard. Petrov is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.#T2# Petrov advances to half guard. Petrov performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Petrov looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Leauxed on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Leauxed tries to get out of the position. Leauxed is trying to stand.
#SUB2# Petrov looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Leauxed on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. #T3# Petrov perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB2# Petrov is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Leauxed defends it well. Petrov is taking a breather. Leauxed says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.#SUB2# Petrov is trying for a kimura here. Leauxed looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Petrov wins by kimura!

#R1# Leauxed throws a body shot but no joy. Hidalgo tries to close the distance and clinch but Leauxed swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Leauxed avoids the head kick by Hidalgo.
Leauxed let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Hidalgo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Leauxed as he jumps to the side. Ruben Hidalgo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Hidalgo fails to land the takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Leauxed stuffs the takedown. Hidalgo has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Cozad The Island in the buildup to the fight. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ruben Hidalgo. That's going to take a lot out of him. The fight stays on the outside here - Hidalgo looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Hidalgo shoots for a double leg takedown but Leauxed sprawls well. He's pushed Hidalgo's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. A nice side step and Leauxed releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.#T1# Hidalgo scores with a jab to the body. Hidalgo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

It seemed like Leauxed was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Hidalgo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Leauxed paws at him with a jab and circles away. Leauxed misses with a low kick. Leviathan Leauxed is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. No luck with that takedown attempt from Hidalgo. Hidalgo moves out of range as Leauxed strikes. Hidalgo is looking to counter the offense by Leauxed and move into the clinch. Leauxed swings away with a body shot that misses
and Hidalgo counters with a left and a right that stings Leauxed. Leauxed throws a front kick aimed at Hidalgo's knee but Hidalgo avoids it well. #T2##CL# Hidalgo moves into the clinch. Leauxed lands a body shot in the clinch.
Leauxed pressing his opponent against the cage. Leauxed lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. The referee calls for Leauxed to work.
Nice body punch from Leauxed. Hidalgo is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Leauxed scores with an uppercut up the middle. This has been an exciting period of action! The referee calls for Leauxed to work.
Leauxed prevents the takedown attempt.
#T3# Leauxed lands with a right to the head. Hidalgo's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Leauxed lands a right hand that snaps the head of Hidalgo backwards. Hidalgo is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Leauxed pulls him back up using the underhooks. Hidalgo is breathing heavily. Leauxed lands a hook to the side of the head. Leauxed working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. Leauxed scores with a hook to the body. Leauxed scores with a shot to the side of Hidalgo's head. Hidalgo tries to pull guard but Leauxed won't allow it.
Leauxed's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Still in the clinch, Leauxed scores with a nice short uppercut. Leauxed lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. This has been an exciting period of action! A body shot lands from Leauxed.
#T4# Hidalgo takes a shot to the head. Leauxed is working Hidalgo over against the cage. Leauxed stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. A hook to the body from Leauxed.
Leauxed throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Hidalgos head. A short left from Leauxed. A nice left hand lands by Leauxed.
Leauxed lands with a light punch inside. Leauxed cracks Hidalgo with a nice body shot. Leauxed scores with a hook to the body. Leauxed stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body. Nice body punch from Leauxed - that landed with a thud.
Leauxed misses with a hook to the ribs.

Hidalgo fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Leviathan Leauxed dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! #R2# Hidalgo looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Leauxed doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. A head kick by Hidalgo misses and Leauxed counters with a good low kick that Hidalgo was not able to check. Hidalgo keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Leauxed. Jab by Leauxed.#CUT2# It looks like Ruben Hidalgo has been cut. Leauxed tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hidalgo was well out of range. Poor timing from Leauxed. Hidalgo throws a head kick that misses and Leauxed counters with a crisp right that sends Hidalgo to the canvas! Leauxed follows up with punches from the mount and this one is all over!

#R1# Hades swinging wildly here.
Hades doesn't succeed with the takedown and Leauxed counters with a straight right hand.#CUT2# It looks like Brock Hades has been cut. Hades is breathing heavily. Leauxed cracks Hades on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Hades falls backwards against the cage. Leauxed follows up with more strikes that drop Hades to his knees. Leauxed keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Hades! This one is all over!

#R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Leauxed digs a good hook to Konig's body.
Konig gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Konig shoots in looking for a takedown but Leauxed manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Konig's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. It looked like Leauxed was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Konig. Leauxed keeps Konig at a distance using the push kick. Leauxed jabs Konig to the body, keeping him at a distance. Konig looks winded! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Konig takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Jab, jab by Leauxed - just one landing. #T1##KD# Leauxed cracks Konig with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Leauxed has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Konig to stand back up!#ROC# Konig is rocked!#CUT# It looks like Alex Konig has been cut. Leauxed fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Leauxed lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Konig falls backwards - clearly groggy! Leauxed dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
