#R1# Olympus tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Olympus throws a body kick, spinning off balance and MacBain counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Olympus shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Olympus lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and MacBain has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from MacBain and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. A little jabbing left from MacBain on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Olympus tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. A head kick misses from Olympus. Olympus throws a head kick that half lands.
#CUT# It looks like Mercer MacBain has been cut. Olympus pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Olympus staying out of range there. A counter left hand to the body from Olympus misses its target. MacBain lands with an uppercut that bounces Olympus off the cage and back into range.#CUT2# It looks like Hercules Olympus has been cut. Olympus showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from MacBain.
MacBain scores with a jab. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Olympus scores with a spinning back kick!#CL# Olympus gets a clinch. #T1##BC2# MacBain breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

MacBain avoids the head kick by Olympus.
MacBain scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. MacBain wants to stay close but Olympus steps back to make room for something. MacBain seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Olympus and MacBain drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!

#R1# McNutt misses with a few strikes there.
Tage McNutt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fight stays on the outside here - MacBain looks like he's thinking about clinching though. McNutt lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. McNutt feints a jab promting MacBain to slip. McNutt then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. MacBain slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. McNutt avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
McNutt attempts a counter takedown but MacBain avoids it well and moves away. McNutt looks to score with a jab to the body but MacBain is just out of range. MacBain swinging wildly here.
MacBain shoots in for a takedown but McNutt shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.#TD# McNutt drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if MacBain can do anything to dispel that myth. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! McNutt postures up in MacBain's guard and throws a big left but MacBain blocks it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. MacBain has momentary wrist control but McNutt slips an elbow through the middle. MacBain wants to stand up but McNutt is controlling him. McNutt lands a couple of elbows.#T1# McNutt loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. McNutt slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. McNutt sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed MacBain's guard. McNutt not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. McNutt content to control rather than advance. McNutt throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. McNutt slips a nice elbow through MacBain's hands, connecting with MacBain's forehead. McNutt working over MacBain with some ground and pound. MacBain looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. MacBain trying to get back to full guard but McNutt takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!#T2# MacBain is bucking up trying to escape but McNutt cracks him with another couple of good strikes. A nice elbow there by McNutt. MacBain wants to control but McNutt is having none of it. McNutt can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as MacBain is looking to escape. MacBain is looking to improve his position but McNutt isn't that keen on the idea. MacBain is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. McNutt landing strikes from the mount and MacBain is in trouble! McNutt in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. McNutt connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
#T3# The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. McNutt unloading with bombs! McNutt lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

MacBain is squirming around, avoiding McNutt's attempts to control the action. MacBain taking shots to the head. #ROC# MacBain is rocked! Oooooh, big shot lands for McNutt! MacBain is hurt baaadly! McNutt is firing away with more strikes - MacBain is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!

#R1# MacBain throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jagannath's waist but Jagannath gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing MacBain off to one side. Jagannath shoots in looking for a takedown but MacBain manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Jagannath's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. MacBain lands a nice looking kick to the body. Jagannath takes a step back to recover. MacBain dives in for a single leg takedown but Jagannath sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.#TD# Jagannath shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Jagannath was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!#ES2# MacBain throws Jagannath to one side and escapes! Jagannath walks into a straight right hand from MacBain. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. MacBain lands a slapping body shot.
MacBain fails with the takedown and MacBain takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. #CUT# It looks like Mercer MacBain has been cut. Jayson Jagannath has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mercer MacBain. Jagannath changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. MacBain tries to avoid it but Jagannath manages to keep hold of a leg and drag MacBain to the ground. MacBain escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A telegraphed takedown attempt from MacBain is defended easily by Jagannath.#T1# Jagannath moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. Jagannath circles away from the clinch attempt.
MacBain misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. MacBain fails with a takedown attempt. MacBain fails miserably with a takedown attempt.#T2# MacBain ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.#CL# Jagannath closes the distance and clinches. Jagannath tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
MacBain wants to break the clinch but can't.
#TD2# MacBain pulls guard effortlessly. Jagannath wants to stand and escape but instead MacBain has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. #REVB# MacBain trying to stand up but can't free himself from Jagannath's guard.#SU2# MacBain stands up from Jagannath's guard - MacBain perhaps looking for a knockout. #T3# MacBain shoots in but doesn't get the takedown #CL# and Jagannath moves into the clinch.#BC# Jagannath breaks the clinch.
Jagannath closes the distance and lands a one-two. Jagannath is breathing heavily. Jagannath throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. MacBain is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Nice body kick from MacBain. Jagannath fails with a takedown attempt. Some wild striking there from MacBain.
#T4# MacBain is looking to clinch but Jagannath is avoiding it.
#TD2# MacBain closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Jagannath quickly recovers to half guard. MacBain working Jagannath over with strikes. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!#SUB# Jagannath looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.#SUB2# MacBain maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Jagannath could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but MacBain has cracked it and Jagannath is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by MacBain!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Mercer MacBain! Mercer MacBain spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
