Frankowski has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Otieno is proving hard to escape from. Frankowski throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Otieno's body to avoid the submission. Otieno has instead reached around Frankowski's neck and now has a guillotine! Whookey has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Frankowski after a bit of a struggle. A frustrated look appears on Frankowski's face as he tries to break the clinch. Whookey has Frankowski pressed against the cage, preventing Frankowski from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Ortega looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Ortega keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Frankowski. Ortega fails with the takedown. Frankowski avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Papa takes a body punch but keeps moving. Papa takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Frankowski connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Nice shot by Frankowski. Papa tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Frankowski paws at him with a jab and circles away.#KD# Frankowski throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Papa tumbling to the canvas!#ROC# Papa is rocked! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Papa looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Papa lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVB# Papa prevents Frankowski from getting back to his feet. #SUB2# Frankowski wants to stand and escape. He's got his foot on Papa's hips, looking to push off. But Papa grabs a hold of the leg and drops back for an ankle lock! It's hard to tell if he's got it. Both fighters look composed - OH, not anymore they don't! Frankowski screams like a kid who's trapped his fingers in the car door and taps out! Yikes, that must have hurt - hopefully it's not snapped anything!
