#R1# Tyme is looking to clinch. Nice takedown defense from Dark. No joy for Tyme on that attempt. Dark is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Tyme with a body shot. Tyme misses with a takedown #TD2# and Dark counters with a single leg into guard. Tyme didn't expect that. Dark trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. #SUB# Tyme looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Dark is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dark content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots. #T1# Dark scoring with punches to the head and body. Dark content to stall in guard here. It looks like Dark might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Dark trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Dark stands and throws Tyme's legs to the side, diving into side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#SUB2# Dark tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Dark connects with a nice short shot to Tyme's temple. #SUB2# Dark seems to be working for a kimura but Tyme defends the submission attempt.#T3##SUB# Tyme looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Dark working over Tyme with some ground and pound. Tyme looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Dark controlling the action here. Dark prevents Tyme from improving his position. Dark really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tyme. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.#SUB# Dark moves into side control, avoiding a weak kimura attempt from Tyme. Tyme is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Dark is one step ahead and moves to full mount!#T4# Tyme is working to get back to half guard.
Dark controlling his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Tyme is desperately trying to improve his position but Dark has a good base and remains in mount.#SUB2# Dark has control of Tyme's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Tyme regains control of the situation pretty easily.
#SUB2# Dark swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Tyme is now in Dark's guard. A big mistake from Dark there, giving up the dominant position! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Dark is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jax Dark dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. #R2# Tyme shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Dark steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect. Tyme shoots in for a double leg but Dark sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Tyme shoots and misses #TD2# and Dark decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Tyme's guard. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Duke Tyme. That's going to take a lot out of him.#SUB# Tyme looking for submissions from the bottom here. Dark looking to pass the guard. Dark working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Tyme's head. Dark must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dark wants to pass the guard but Tyme is keeping the position. Dark pushing down on Tyme's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Dark is breathing heavily. Dark stalling. #T2# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Dark wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tyme keeps working. #SUB# Tyme looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Jax Dark has got the better of the ground game so far. #SU2# Dark stands and steps away. Tyme gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Dark takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Dark prevents Tyme from improving his position. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Let's hope that Dark has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jax Dark showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round! #R3# Tyme dives in for a single leg takedown but Dark sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Tyme is defended easily by Dark. Tyme fails with a takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Duke Tyme. Dark showed some decent athleticism there. #T1# Dark tries to pass the half guard into mount. Tyme knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Dark looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. #T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.#SUB2# Dark is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Tyme defends it well. #SUB# Tyme looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.#SUB2# Dark looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Dark is continuing to stall. Tyme wants to get back to full guard.#SUB# Tyme is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Dark pulls his head out easily. #T4# The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Tyme is in trouble now - Dark has advanced to mount! Tyme is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Tyme is trying desperately to improve position. Dark takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! More stalling from Dark.
And that's the end of the fight! Jax Dark comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Dark has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
