#R1# Last throws a leg kick that is checked#TD2# and Bravo counters with a shoot takedown. Last fights it but they end up in guard. #SUB2# Bravo has gone for a leg lock! Last slips out almost immediately though and dives into Bravo's guard.#REVR# Bravo should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Last sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Bravo's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Bravo is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Last has latched onto it... Big trouble! Last pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Bravo is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Last!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). First Last! First Last spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

#R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Bravo blocks a head kick by Velez.
Bravo changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Velez tries to clinch up but Bravo circles away and keeps his distance. Kent Velez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Velez lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#CL# Velez moves into range and clinches up with Bravo. Bravo goes for a takedown attempt but Velez pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Bravo, as he picks up the win!
