#R1# Andrade throws a combination that misses and Gambedos counters with a lovely straight right hand!#CUT# It looks like Marcelo Andrade has been cut. Andrade throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Gambedos's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Andrade dives in looking to finish as Gambedos flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Andrade's strikes! Andrade is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Gambedos's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Gambedos was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

After the fight, Marcelo Andrade was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Gambedos manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.#CL2# Tureaud rushes Gambedos and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch. Tureaud misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Gambedos.
Gambedos on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.
Tureaud tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Gambedos fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Tureaud lands an elbow just above Gambedos 's eye. #CUT2# It looks like Antiqua Gambedos has been cut. A nice glancing elbow lands by Tureaud. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tureaud lands a damaging elbow. #CUT2# Antiqua Gambedos's cut is getting worse. Nice elbow from Tureaud. #CUT2# Jeez, Antiqua Gambedos's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked. Gambedos dodges an elbow strike from Tureaud.

Magnunsen tries to throw a body punch but Gambedos avoids it by throwing Magnunsen back against the cage. Gambedos prevents a body shot from Magnunsen. Magnunsen lands with a short shot to the head. #CUT# It looks like Antiqua Gambedos has been cut. Gambedos is looking to break free of the clinch but Magnunsen has double underhooks. Magnunsen tries to work over Gambedos's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Magnunsen lands an uppercut. Magnunsen lands a body punch. Magnunsen lands a body punch in the clinch. Magnunsen makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Magnunsen lands on the inside with an uppercut. Magnunsen tries to work over Gambedos's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Magnunsen digs a right hand underneath Gambedos's ribcage. Gambedos let out a lung full of air as it connected. Gambedos looks winded! A short right from Magnunsen on the inside. Magnunsen misses with a punch to the body.

#R1# Gambedos looks to land a left hand but Shaw moved out of range nicely. Shaw looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!#KD# Gambedos drops Shaw with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Shaw looks back up at him and smiles so Gambedos waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
#CUT# It looks like Dej Shaw has been cut. Gambedos scores with a body shot.
Gambedos sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Shaw's defenses. It connects perfectly with Shaw's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!

#R1##TD# Shaw feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.#SU# Shaw gets to his feet. Gambedos looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! #TD# Shaw feints and as Gambedos raises his hands in defense, Shaw changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Gambedos is looking to stand back up but Shaw counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Gambedos. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB# Shaw is trying to work for a kimura but Gambedos is defending well.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Gambedos can do anything to dispel that myth. Gambedos looks like he's trying to stand up.

Shaw appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Shaw gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Gambedos counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Gambedos with a hook.#KD2# Gambedos cracks Shaw with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Shaw looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away� can Gambedos finish him?
#T3# Gambedos fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Shaw avoids a kick to the body.
#KD2# Gambedos lands a big right hand that sends Shaw crashing to the mat! Gambedos stays standing though and waves Shaw back to his feet!#ROC2# Shaw is rocked! Gambedos ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Shaw out cold! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Antiqua Gambedos! A very excited looking Antiqua Gambedos rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

and Gambedos counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.#CUT2# It looks like Mac Taylor has been cut. Gambedos digs a good body shot into Taylor's ribs. Taylor doesn't manage to clinch there - Gambedos circles away.
A little jabbing left from Gambedos on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. A head kick misses from Taylor. Taylor is looking to clinch. Gambedos follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Taylor dives in for a single leg takedown but Gambedos sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Despite the aggression on Gambedos's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Mac Taylor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fighters circle momentarily. Gambedos darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Gambedos circles away from the clinch attempt.
Taylor shoots and misses and Gambedos counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mac Taylor. That's going to take a lot out of him. Taylor tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Gambedos counters with a big right hand! Oh Taylor is in trouble here! Gambedos follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!

Gambedos is looking to stand up but Moto isn't so interested in that idea. #SU2# Moto decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. #KD# Oooooh!!! Gambedos has knocked Moto down with a huge combo! Gambedos steps away and waves a wobbly Moto back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!#CUT# It looks like Bailey Moto has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Gambedos connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Moto to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Gambedos!

Defiler's jab looks to have found its range, popping Gambedos under the eye. Gambedos looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Gambedos loads up on a big right hand but Defiler slips the punch. Defiler steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Gambedos. Defiler pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Defiler showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Gambedos.
Gambedos throws a big shot that misses. Nice uppercut there from Defiler. Gambedos slips under a jab from Defiler. A slow jab from Gambedos misses its intended target. Gambedos throws a lazy right hand but Defiler sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Gambedos misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Defiler.

Hulk has a takedown stuffed. Hulk darts in looking for a takedown but Gambedos gets double underhooks and turns Hulk into the cage. #KD# Gambedos lands a big right hand that sends Hulk crashing to the mat! Gambedos stays standing though and waves Hulk back to his feet!#CUT# It looks like Ewens Hulk has been cut. Hulk shoots in but no luck this time. Antiqua Gambedos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ewens Hulk. Hulk takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. A head kick misses from Gambedos. BOOM! Gambedos lands a beautiful left hook that drops Hulk. Hulk tries to recover but Gambedos is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Hulk lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
