A low kick from Fortier lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Shimazaki has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Shimazaki and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Shimazaki is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Fortier with a body shot. Shimazaki delivers a nice body kick. Fortier misses the body punch and Shimazaki counters with a lovely straight right hand! Shimazaki stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Fortier. Fortier throws a leg kick which misses Shimazaki's front leg but catches the back leg as Shimazaki tries to avoid it. Fortier explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Blesner tries to stand but his arm is trapped. #SUB2# Shimazaki is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Blesner pulls his head out easily. Blesner controlling the pace. Cynster manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.#CL# Cynster clinches. Shimazaki jumps guard but Cynster turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. #BC# Cynster breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Cynster misses with a hook

Yoo wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Shimazaki has him pressed against the cage. Yoo tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Shimazaki tries to pull guard but Yoo forces him back to his feet, against the cage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Shimazaki jumps guard but Yoo turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. #TD2# Yoo has clasped his hands together around Shimazaki's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done. Shimazaki is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
