#R1# The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lee tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Kohs is able to avoid easily. Kohs lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lee circles away quickly and effectively. Kohs staying out of range there. Lee ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. A shot to the body from Lee misses and Kohs counters with a series of strikes. Lee will be more careful next time no doubt. Lee throws a body shot but no joy. Kohs lands a nice shot to the body.
Lee is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Kohs. Lee takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Lee takes a swing at Kohs's ribcage but misses. Kohs scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Jason Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lee with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kohs to score with a decent uppercut. Lee throws out a leg kick but Kohs moves out of range and Lee only half commits. Lee closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Kohs is breathing heavily. #CL# Lee tries to keep at a distance but Kohs has taken the fight into the clinch. Lee throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Kohs blocks it with crossed arms. Kohs has had enough of the clinch but Lee keeps him there for the moment. Lee is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Kohs keeping moving, preventing Lee from controlling successfully. Lee might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Kohs haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. #T2# That's two minutes gone in the round. Kohs wants to sweep but no luck. Kohs pulls Lee in to control the position. Kohs avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Lee must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. #SUB# Kohs has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lee can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Kohs has Lee pulled in close to control his posture. #BC# The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Kohs escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Lee takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. #BC# Kohs's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. #CL# Kohs clinches up against the cage. Lee tries to stall but Kohs uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
#BC# Kohs breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Kohs tries to score a power double leg takedown but Lee sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Kohs somewhat. Kohs tries to clinch but Lee moves out of range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Dzintis Kohs dominated that round. That's time! Kohs's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
#R2# A big left from Lee misses. Kohs scores with a one two! Lee had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. #CUT# It looks like Jason Lee has been cut. Nice cross by Kohs. Kohs throws a nice looking combination but Lee bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Lee throws a right and a left that Kohs avoids nicely. An inside leg kick lands from Lee. Kohs scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Kohs is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Lee can do to turn this around? Lee tries a head kick but it misses.
Kohs tries to close the distance and clinch but Lee swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Kohs connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Lee momentarily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kohs lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lee misses with an uppercut. Kohs saw that one coming. Kohs lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Kohs connects with a high kick. Kohs stalks Lee and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lee's face. Lee staggers backwards, shaken. Kohs will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Lee is the more experienced fighter here and he's going to need to draw on some of that experience if he's going to pull this one out the bag. Lee throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Da Rocha screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
