#R1# Brown lands a jab.#CUT# It looks like Rock Bolt has been cut. Brown throws an overhand right that lands on Bolt's shoulder, as Bolt tries to avoid the shot. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Bolt has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Brown throws an overhand right that lands on Bolt's shoulder, as Bolt tries to avoid the shot. Bolt feints the counter takedown. Brown circles away from the clinch attempt.
Bolt will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Brown lands a nice hook to Bolt's body. Bolt takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Brown cracks Bolt with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Bolt falls to his knees and Brown doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sid Brown! During a confident post fight interview, Sid Brown thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.

#R1# Brown looks to throw the jab but Velazquez is out of range. Brown throws a looping overhand right but Velazquez ducks down to avoid it. Brown misses with an uppercut. Velazquez ducks under a wild hook from Brown. It looked like Velazquez wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Velazquez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Brown is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Velazquez. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Velazquez. Brown swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Brown pounces like a tiger and cracks Velazquez with a vicious hook! Velazquez is down but not out! Brown follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Sid Brown! A very excited looking Sid Brown rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
