#R1# We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.#TD# Gill drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Dominguez trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from! Dominguez looking to hit a scissor sweep but Gill is one step ahead there. Dominguez thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage. Gill loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Gill landing with the ground and pound. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gill is looking to work some ground and pound but Dominguez has wrist control. Gill lands a couple of digs. Gill is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. #T1# Gill postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Gill really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Gill wants to control from the top but Dominguez keeps moving. Gill is looking to pass into half guard but Dominguez pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Dominguez is in guard.#REVB##SUB# Gill is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Dominguez landing some decent shots from guard. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Gill looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Gill has momentary wrist control but Dominguez slips an elbow through the middle. Dominguez keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Gill's head.#ROC2# Gill is rocked! Dominguez arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Gill's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
