Bufalino rushes Balls and pushes him back against the ropes in a clinch.
Balls tries for a takedown. No joy.
Balls takes a shot to the head.
Come on Bufalino - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
Balls fails to pull guard.
With the two fighters working up against the ropes, Balls just misses with a elbow thrown towards Bufalino's brow.
Bufalino lands an uppercut.
Bufalino lands on the inside with an uppercut.

Balls really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Bufalino creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Balls 's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Balls drops to his knees and Bufalino pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Russel Bufalino!
A very excited looking Russel Bufalino made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

Balls tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Palmer just stands there and leans against the cage.
Palmer gets through Balls 's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Palmer misses with an elbow strike.

Balls ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Balls no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Palmer stops Balls from standing up.
Palmer throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Balls works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Palmer prevents Balls from getting back to his feet.
Balls avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Balls has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Palmer should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Balls has tightened it up now! Palmer should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
