Hristo wants to stand back up but Rigano manages to pass into side control.
You can see the frustration on Hristo's face as Rigano controls the position.
Hristo takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Rigano has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Hristo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rigano. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Hristo is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Hristo is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Rigano couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Vieira lands a high kick!
Hristo takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Vieira looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Vieira backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Hristo's temple! It sends Hristo violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Vieira celebrates and the doctors try to help Hristo!

It looks like George Hristo has been cut.

As Hristo looks to move away, Loko throws a big counter combo but Hristo just gets out of the way.

Hristo steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Loko.
Hristo looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Loko tries to bum rush Hristo with a series of wild strikes but Hristo uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Hristo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Loko sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hristo somewhat.
Loko scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Loko scores with a crisp jab that stopped Hristo in his tracks.
Loko lands a right hook to the body.
Loko connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Hristo tumbling to the canvas! Loko pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Hristo was done - good stoppage!

Sokolov looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Sokolov swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Hristo.
Hristo takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Sokolov pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Hristo back to the cage. Sokolov follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.#CUT#
