Rodriguez throws a lazy body kick
and Bam cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.#CUT2#
It looks like Alejandro Rodriguez has been cut.
Rodriguez tries to clinch but Bam is having none of it.
Rodriguez tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Bam defends well and Rodriguez ends up having to push Bam into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Rodriguez misses with a takedown attempt
and Bam connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A punch combination from Bam misses.
Rodriguez lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
A low kick from Rodriguez misses
and Bam counters with a left and a right that stings Rodriguez.
Rodriguez shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Bam counters with a stiff right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Alejandro Rodriguez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bam takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Rodriguez takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Bam attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Rodriguez shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bam as he jumps to the side.
Rodriguez is breathing heavily.
Bam moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Bam connects with a superb combination that knocks Rodriguez out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Bam before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Rodriguez!
