Stonie is still on wobbly legs! Can Crosby finish him? Stonie showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Crosby.
Stonie seems to have recovered his senses. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.#CL# Crosby takes the fight into the clinch. Crosby lands a body shot in the clinch.
Crosby has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Crosby lands with a short punch from the clinch.

Stonie throws a big elbow that misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stonie slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Malenczuk is trying to keep Stonie in close.

It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Stonie swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Stonie connects with a body shot that sends Dupuis's belly button to the back. Stonie shoots in for a takedown but Dupuis shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Good shot there by Dupuis. Stonie uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dupuis.
Dupuis tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Stonie moves out of range as Dupuis throws a body kick.

Dupuis goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Stonie blocks a head kick by Dupuis.

Dupuis feints a jab and as Stonie dips his head, Dupuis unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Stonie right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Stonie falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Dupuis smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.

A very excited looking David Dupuis made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Dickson is in all sorts of trouble here.

Carver staying out of range there. Stonie tries to land a body kick#TD# and Carver counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stonie is pulling down on Carver's head to control his posture. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carver has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Stonie is proving hard to escape from. Carver might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.#T1##SUB2# Carver got a little sloppy there for a moment and Stonie has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! Carver keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Alfred Carver has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Stonie. Stonie rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Carver moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Stonie tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Carver was well out of range. Poor timing from Stonie. Stonie will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Stonie goes for a double leg but Carver avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Carver continues to drive forward. Stonie with a lazy takedown attempt and Carver counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.#TD# Carver drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Carver trying to control the action but Stonie is working from the bottom. Carver could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Stonie being controlled for a moment. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Matt Stonie will probably get the nod - 10:9. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round! #R3##TD2# Stonie darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Carver tries to roll over but Stonie keeps him under control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Carver has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Stonie is working away from the top position though. Stonie prevents Carver from standing back up.
#T1# Stonie is looking to take a break and control but Carver is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Carver tries to push off, looking to stand up, but Stonie manages to move to mount!
Stonie can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Carver is looking to escape. Stonie is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Stonie content just to control the position here. #SUB2# Stonie is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Carver can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Stonie is landing with some decent strikes but Carver is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue. Stonie tries to control but Carver wriggling away. Carver reaches up to try and control the position but Stonie seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Carver rolls and tries to escape and now Stonie has his back!
#SUB2# Stonie is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Carver has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Stonie has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Carver taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Stonie doesn't care though - he's delighted!
