Fitzpatrick looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Fitzpatrick forces his way into half guard.#SUB2# Fitzpatrick wants to work for an arm triangle but Andre is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Andre is trying to stand up here but Fitzpatrick is controlling him well. #SUB2# Fitzpatrick is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Andre is just riding it out for now. Winkle is trying to improve his position. You can see the frustration on Winkle's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Winkle is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Andre is staying active. Andre is looking to take a break and control but Winkle is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Winkle tries to buck Andre off but Andre is having none of it. Andre controlling from side mount. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T1##SU# Andre stands up. #CL# Andre forces Winkle back against the cage and clinches.#TD# Andre manages to pull guard.

Andre is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Andre is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Winkle.

Azaitar seems keen to control Andre's posture. Andre must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Andre postures up.

That was a close second round but I would say that Abu Azaitar will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! #R1# Nice shot by Box. Andre's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Box connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Andre scrambles back to his feet. Box throws a looping overhand right but Andre ducks down to avoid it. Andre looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Box is fending him off so far but Andre persists. Nope, Box circles away and we're back to standing. Andre shoots in but no luck this time. Box keeps the fight on the outside. Andre takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Andre goes for a double leg but Box avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Box continues to drive forward. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Santiago Andre. That's going to take a lot out of him. Andre looks for a takedown but Box sprawls well.#KD2# Box cracks Andre with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Box has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Andre to stand back up!#ROC2# Andre is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
