#R1# Robbins avoids the head kick by Rudi.
#CL# Robbins pushes Rudi up against the cage in a clinch.#TD# Rudi is fighting off a takedown attempt but Robbins is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Rudi to the mat. Rudi regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.#ES2# Rudi manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Rudi has his takedown stuffed and Robbins counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Rudi is looking to score with low kicks. Robbins moves out of range as Rudi throws a body kick.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Rudi is defended easily by Robbins. A counter left hand to the body from Robbins misses its target. Rudi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Robbins swivels and escapes. Berry Robbins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lars Rudi.#T1# Some wild striking there from Rudi.
Rudi fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Robbins avoids it really well and circles away. Rudi is looking to chop away at Robbins's legs. Robbins stuffs the takedown. Rudi throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Robbins stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Rudi lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Rudi throws a leg kick that is checked#TD# and Robbins counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Rudi looks winded! Robbins working over Rudi with some ground and pound. Rudi looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Robbins could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.#SU# Robbins escapes and gets back to his feet. #T2# Robbins blocks a head kick by Rudi.
Rudi throws a leg kick #TD# and Robbins counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Robbins. Rudi wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Robbins manages to pass to side control. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.#REVB# Robbins working the head and body with strikes. Robbins drops an elbow to the side of Rudi's head. Rudi wants to control the action here but instead Robbins manages to pass to full mount! Robbins has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Robbins landing strikes from the mount and Rudi is in trouble! #T3# Robbins is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Rudi can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Robbins is in the full mount, landing strikes. A nice elbow there by Robbins. Rudi is in a horrible position here. Robbins smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
#ROC# Rudi is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Robbins lands a big elbow - Rudi is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Rudi is forced to tap out!
