Maul jabs at Hadley Jr's body.
Hadley Jr shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Maul defends it nicely.
Nice shot lands for Maul.
Maul throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Maul connects with an inside leg kick.
Maul's corner calls for a 1-2. Maul obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Hadley Jr tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Maul defends well and Hadley Jr ends up having to push Maul into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Maul lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hadley Jr circles away quickly and effectively.
Maul throws a series of strikes that have Hadley Jr backpedaling.

Hadley Jr is rocked!
Good leg kick by Maul there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Hadley Jr is still on wobbly legs! Can Maul finish him?
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hadley Jr tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Maul half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Maul throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Hadley Jr's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Maul dives in looking to finish as Hadley Jr flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Maul's strikes! Maul is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Hadley Jr's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Hadley Jr was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Hadley Jr shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Maul but Maul pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Maul misses with a few strikes there.
Maul blocks a head kick by Hadley Jr.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Maul.#TD#
Hadley Jr dives in and scores a takedown into Maul's guard.
Maul wants to get back to his feet but Hadley Jr is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Hadley Jr controlling from the top position.

Maul is trying to stand and escape. In the scramble, Hadley Jr has locked hold of an arm and he's managed to lock on an armbar - Maul taps out instantly and this one is all over!

Hadley Jr tries to clinch up#TD#
and Paddy counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Hadley Jr!
We've been hearing good reports from Paddy's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Paddy wants to control but Hadley Jr is keeping him busy.
Hadley Jr is trying to control Paddy's posture but Paddy avoids it.
Hadley Jr might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Paddy haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
