The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Tubridy moves into the clinch. Gracie tries for a takedown. No joy.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Tubridy is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Gracie knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Gracie defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Tubridy. Tubridy is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Gracie is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Gracie flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Tubridy anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Gracie and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Tubridy slips an arm under Gracie chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Tubridy has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Tubridy is squeezing on Gracie like an anaconda would it's prey. Gracie fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!

The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Let's get this grappling contest under way! Who will be victorious? Peacock shoots in looking for a takedown. Gracie tries to sprawl out of it but Peacock keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gracie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Gracie appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Gracie stuffs the takedown. Peacock wants to clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Peacock is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Gracie's half guard. Gracie remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Lee will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke! Lee has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Gracie has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Gracie is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Lee gets his way!

You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
