#R1# Out lands with an overhand left.#TD# Howard drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Out managing to control the position. Howard throwing strikes from guard but Out blocks nicely. Out seems keen to control Howard's posture.#SUB2# Out escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Howard gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Howard loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Howard works over Out with some ground and pound from guard. Out wants to sweep but no luck. Howard trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. #T1# Out is looking to stand up but Howard isn't so interested in that idea. Howard really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Howard throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Out wants to stand but Howard is controlling the position. Out managing to control the position. Howard with a flurry of punches that miss. Out avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Out working a defensive guard here.
Howard throws an elbow that misses. Out uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Howard's guard. Nice move by Out!#REVB# Out passes easily into side control. Nice work. Howard isn't going anywhere. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#T2# Out wants to lay and pray for a moment but Howard keeps working. Howard wants to control but Out postures up. Howard tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Out wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. #SUB2# Out tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Out content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. #T3# Sloppy strikes there by Out. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Howard tries to get back to half guard but can't. Out tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Howard can't do much from the bottom here. Howard is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Out is one step ahead and moves to full mount!#T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Howard really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Out content just to control the position here. Out lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Howard is in all sorts of trouble here.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Out sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Out takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Do Out dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. #R2##TD2# Howard gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.#ROC2# Howard is rocked! Out has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Howard is proving hard to escape from. Oh Howard is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Out scoring with some ground and pound. Out arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Howard's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
