#R1# Karl Walter with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Kane Walter to score with a decent uppercut. Kane Walter misses with a hook to the body
and Karl Walter cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Kane Walter scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Karl Walter tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kane Walter was well out of range. Poor timing from Karl Walter. A big right from Kane Walter misses. Good exchange - Karl Walter coming out on top. Karl Walter throws an off balance right hand
and Kane Walter counters with a left to the body. Kane Walter swings widly with a right hand
enabling Karl Walter to counter with a crisp jab. Karl Walter throws a jab when Kane Walter was well out of range. Kane Walter lands a glancing blow to the side of Karl Walter's head. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Karl Walter throws a lazy uppercut
and Kane Walter connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.#ROC2# Karl Walter is rocked! Karl Walter backs away from a small jab... but Kane Walter lunges forward with a huge superman punch! Karl Walter crumples to the ground as his mouth piece is sent flying! Kane Walter with a spectacular finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Superman Punch). Kane Walter! In his post fight interview, Kane Walter started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

#R1# Black Jr blocks a jab. Black Jr dives in and grabs Walter's left leg, looking for a takedown. Walter pushes down on Black Jr's head and hops out. Walter misses with a looping left. Klyde Black Jr seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Walter dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Black Jr misses with a lunging right hand
and Walter counters with a straight right hand.#CUT# It looks like Klyde Black Jr has been cut. Black Jr changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Walter tries to avoid it but Black Jr manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Walter to the ground. Walter escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. A big right from Walter misses. Jab by Walter. Black Jr slips under a jab from Walter. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fight stays on the outside here - Black Jr looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Black Jr swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
#KD# and Walter counters with a nice right hand that sends Black Jr toppling to the canvas! Black Jr scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Walter finish him?!#ROC# Black Jr is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Walter looks to throw the jab but Black Jr is out of range. #T1# Walter pounces like a tiger and cracks Black Jr with a vicious hook! Black Jr is down but not out! Walter follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Karl Walter! Karl Walter was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

#R1# Galicki ducks right into an uppercut from Walter. Galicki tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Walter swivels and escapes. Galicki throws out a loose jab but Walter uses good head movement to avoid it. Walter fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Galicki on the side of the head. Galicki swings widly with a right hand
letting Walter counter with a right hand. Walter stuffs the takedown. Nice straight punches there by Walter. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Walter. The fight stays on the outside here - Galicki looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Galicki ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Walter moves away. Walter throws a counter combo. Walter scores with a jab to the head.
Walter connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Galicki momentarily.

letting Walter counter with a right hand. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Galicki tries to close the distance and clinch up but Walter swats him away and circles back towards the center. Walter throws a counter combo. Walter fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Galicki shoots in and drives through. Walter sprawls well. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lukasz Galicki. That's going to take a lot out of him. Galicki fails to land the takedown.#T1# Galicki throws a body punch but Walter moves out of range. Walter throws out a counter right but Galicki avoids it with no problem. Nice cross by Walter. Galicki gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Walter counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. Galicki is breathing heavily. Walter lands a jab. Galicki misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Walter.
Walter scores with a jab to the jaw. Walter might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Galicki throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Walter's waist but Walter gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Galicki off to one side. Galicki throws an off balance right hand
and Walter connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.#ROC2# Galicki is rocked! Jab by Walter. Oh Galicki is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Walter connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Galicki to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Walter!

Karl Walter decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
