#R1# Larsson shoots in for a takedown but Wheeler shows good takedown defense. Larsson shoots for a double leg takedown but Wheeler sprawls well. He's pushed Larsson's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Wheeler misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Wheeler could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Wheeler shoots in looking for a takedown. Larsson tries to sprawl out of it but Wheeler keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Larsson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. #CL# Wheeler moves into range and clinches up with Larsson. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wheeler is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.#TD2# Larsson drags the fight down to the ground.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Larsson is on top in guard.

It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Wheeler wants it to stay on the feet. Rob Wheeler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikael Larsson. Larsson has had enough of the clinch but Wheeler keeps him there for the moment.#TD2# Larsson pulls guard effortlessly. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Larsson closes the distance and clinches up with Wheeler, looking for a takedown. Larsson pushes Wheeler against the cage but Wheeler circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Larsson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Wheeler as he jumps to the side. Wheeler displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Larsson. And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Rob Wheeler. I think Larsson has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
