#R1# Destroyer waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Dzagovev.#CL2# Dzagovev rushes Destroyer and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.#BC2# Dzagovev's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Destroyer throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Destroyer lands a head kick. Dzagovev smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Destroyer tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. #TD2# Dzagovev scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. You can see the frustration on Destroyer's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Dzagovev staying calm.#T1# Destroyer takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Destroyer taking a bit of punishment here - Dzagovev scoring with strikes. Dzagovev landing a few strikes. Dzagovev grinds an elbow into Destroyer's temple. Dzagovev in side control, just content to control the action for now. #T2# Destroyer taking a bit of punishment here - Dzagovev scoring with strikes. Dzagovev creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots. Destroyer is being controlled here. It looks like Dzagovev might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.#T3# Dzagovev's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.#SU2# Dzagovev decides to stand back up. Dzagovev steps back and let's Destroyer get back to his feet. Destroyer throws a head kick that misses #TD2# and Dzagovev counters with a single leg into guard. Destroyer didn't expect that. #T4##SU2# Dzagovev decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Destroyer, up you get! Destroyer tries a head kick but it misses.
Dzagovev throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Destroyer tries to land a front kick but Dzagovev steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Dzagovev shoots in and drives through. Destroyer sprawls well. Destroyer seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.#TD2# Dzagovev shoots in and bounces Destroyer off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Destroyer is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Dzagovev dives into side control.
#REVR# We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dzagovev moves into full mount! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Luka Dzagovev dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action! #R2# Dzagovev dives in and grabs Destroyer's left leg, looking for a takedown. Destroyer pushes down on Dzagovev's head and hops out. Dzagovev wants to clinch up but Destroyer keeps it at a distance. Destroyer scores with a head kick. Dzagovev tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Destroyer throws a head kick that misses. Dzagovev tries to counter with a clinch but Destroyer shakes him off and moves away. Destroyer throws a body kick that misses #TD2# and Dzagovev counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Dzagovev takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Dzagovev is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Destroyer is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Dzagovev scores with a couple of nice shots.#SU2# Dzagovev decides to stand and escape the position. #T1# Dzagovev darts in looking for a takedown but Destroyer gets double underhooks and turns Dzagovev into the cage. #CL2# Dzagovev closes the distance and clinches. Destroyer is trying to push Dzagovev away but Dzagovev has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. Destroyer is trying to force a seperation but Dzagovev has the dominant position. Dzagovev tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Destroyer smiles and moves away.
Wuss Destroyer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Luka Dzagovev. Destroyer tries a head kick but it misses.
Destroyer pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Dzagovev doesn't fully commit to the body shot counter. Dzagovev avoids the head kick by Destroyer.
#CL2# Dzagovev moves into the clinch successfully.
Dzagovev tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Destroyer just stands there and leans against the cage.#TD2# Dzagovev drags the fight down to the ground.
#T2# Dzagovev has control of Destroyer's left arm, preventing Destroyer from doing any damage. Luka Dzagovev has got the better of the ground game so far. More stalling from Dzagovev. Dzagovev keeping moving, preventing Destroyer from controlling successfully. Dzagovev manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Destroyer manages to get himself to full guard.
#REVB# Dzagovev works a leg free and moves into half guard. Dzagovev is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T3##SUB2# Dzagovev maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Destroyer could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Dzagovev has cracked it and Destroyer is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Dzagovev!
