Grotin wants to control from the top but Mcmillan keeps moving. Grotin stops Mcmillan from standing up. Mcmillan keeping moving, preventing Grotin from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mcmillan is looking to sweep but instead, Grotin has passed into half guard.

Ball wants to stand but Mcmillan is controlling his arm. Mcmillan wants to get back to his feet. Ball tries to advance to mount but Mcmillan denies him. Ball lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Mcmillan down.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mcmillan parries the strikes from Ball easily there. Ball is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Mcmillan to escape.

Mcmillan goes for a double leg but Homerun avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Homerun continues to drive forward. Sloppy strikes from Homerun. Those never looked like landing. The fighters circling - Homerun throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Homerun swats away the attempt to clinch by Mcmillan. Louis Homerun seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A big left from Homerun misses. Mcmillan half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Homerun throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Mcmillan looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mcmillan looking to control.

Mcmillan is looking to work some ground and pound but Homerun has wrist control.#REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Mcmillan shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Homerun sprawls well. Homerun wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mcmillan gets slowly back to his feet. Homerun lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Homerun throws a nice looking combination but Mcmillan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Mcmillan fails with a takedown attempt from distance. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hyman Mcmillan. That's going to take a lot out of him. Homerun wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Homerun thuds his right hand into Mcmillan's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Homerun lands a right hook to the body.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Hyman Mcmillan. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Mcmillan, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
