Chang manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Man darts in looking for a takedown but Chang gets double underhooks and turns Man into the cage. Chang feints a counter leg kick. Man fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Man checks the leg kick nicely there.
Man attempts a counter takedown but Chang avoids it well and moves away. Mike Chang seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Chang stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Chang wants it to stay on the feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Run Man. That's going to take a lot out of him. #CUT2# It looks like Huey Ball has been cut.#TD2# Man closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Ball quickly recovers to half guard.#ROC2# Ball is rocked! Man working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Oh Ball is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Ball is trying to maintain the position but Man is very close to passing his half guard. Ball is looking to improve his position.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Man connects with a nice short shot to Ball's temple. #SUB2# Man is looking for a kimura but Ball is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Man to get the leverage. Man is taking a breather. Ball says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Man scores with a big shot! Ball's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Ball! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

Man is fighting it off but Lara persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Man's guard against the cage.#SUB2# Man is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Lara defends well. Man working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Lara. Lara pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Man is keeping the position for now. #SUB2# Man escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lara gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Man trying to control the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lara not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Lara might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.#T1# Lara with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Man is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Rich lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.#SUB# Rich is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Rich wants to stand and escape but instead Man has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. #REVB# We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Rich working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Man doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Man throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Anderson fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Man looks like he wants to counter punch here.#CL2# The fight moves into the clinch position.#TD2# Man lands a takedown into guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Anderson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVR# Man is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment. Man trying to control from the bottom.

You can see the frustration on Anderson's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Man just leaning against Anderson, taking a breather. Come on Man - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Man. Anderson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Man walks away with a smile on his face. Anderson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
