#R1# Edgar throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Myers's waist but Myers gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Edgar off to one side. Edgar swinging wildly here.
#CL2# Myers instigates a clinch. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Myers creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Myers lands an uppercut. Myers lands with a short punch from the clinch.
A short left from Myers. Myers lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Edgar backwards. Myers lands with a right to the head. Edgar tries to pull guard but Myers forces him back to his feet, against the cage. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Myers lands a shoulder strike. Myers throws a big uppercut that drops Edgar! More strikes from Myers and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Edgar lies dazed against the cage as Myers celebrates with his cornermen!

#R1# Edgar misses with a takedown attempt and Walton makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Edgar shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Keven Walton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Donald Edgar.#T2##TD# Walton gets the takedown into side control. Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Donald Edgar! A relieved looking Donald Edgar thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

#R1# Edgar tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Donald Edgar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Edgar misses with a takedown attempt and Drake counters with a right hand to the body. A combination from Drake does no damage. No luck for Edgar with that takedown attempt. Drake appears to be looking for a big counter. Drake defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Edgar. Cooper Drake has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Donald Edgar. Edgar goes for a double leg but Drake avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Drake continues to drive forward. A combination from Drake does no damage. Drake misses with a double jab.
Drake throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Edgar. Drake darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Drake displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Edgar. Drake misses with a series of wild punches.
A left lands for Drake. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Drake throws a lazy uppercut
and Edgar counters with a three punch combo that has Drake backing up. Drake nods at Edgar to acknowledge the strikes.#T1# Edgar shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Drake defends it nicely. Edgar shoots in but Drake avoids the takedown attempt easily. A quick step to the side and Drake tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Drake moves into range and connects with a jab. #CUT# It looks like Donald Edgar has been cut. Drake swings for the body but Edgar moves out of range.
#CL# Drake closes the distance and clinches. Drake has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Drake working hard to break the clinch. Edgar jumps guard but Drake turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Edgar fails to pull guard.

Drake is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight. Cooper Drake is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Drake will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Edgar wants to counter with a clinch but Drake pushes him away. Drake displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Edgar. Drake throws out a powerful jab.#ROC# Edgar is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Drake circles away from the clinch attempt and Drake counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Edgar out cold! What a finish! Drake is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Cooper Drake! Cooper Drake spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
