Smiff using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Tricott has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
The referee is keeping an eye on Smiff - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Smiff has Tricott pressed against the cage, preventing Tricott from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Tricott wants to break the clinch but can't.

That was a close second round but I would say that Quincy Tricott will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! So, we enter the final round. #R1# A swing and a miss from Smiff. Jack Man attempts a counter takedown but Smiff avoids it well and moves away. No luck for Smiff with that takedown attempt. Smiff bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Smiff feints the counter takedown. A bone on bone clash there as Jack Man blocks the leg kick.
Jack Man throws a leg kick #TD2# and Smiff counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Jack Man! Jack Man is trying to control Smiff's posture but Smiff avoids it. Smiff just content to control the position. Let's hope that Smiff has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jack Man trying to control but Smiff flips him over like a cheap hooker and has his back!#T1# Jack Man covers up after that shot from Smiff.

Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Smiff slips nicely into half guard. McStinkerson is in trouble now - Smiff has advanced to mount! Smiff looking to control but McStinkerson is working nicely, looking to advance position himself. Smiff controlling the position easily from mount.
