McLawhorn is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. #REVB# McLawhorn trying to mount his opponent but Laciee defends it. Laciee is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McLawhorn. McLawhorn drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Laciee defends it well. Laciee is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. McLawhorn slips a jab from Laciee. Krotos Laciee is winning the standup battle so far. Laciee loads up on a big right hand but McLawhorn slips the punch. McLawhorn steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Laciee. McLawhorn's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Laciee connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! McLawhorn scrambles back to his feet. Laciee tries to close the distance and clinch but McLawhorn swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. McLawhorn with a lazy takedown attempt and Laciee counters with a stiff right hand. Krotos Laciee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bryan McLawhorn. Laciee will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Laciee displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from McLawhorn. Laciee scores with the left hand. McLawhorn knows he should have avoided that one. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Laciee, as that shot connected.

McLawhorn looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Kay cracks McLawhorn with a solid left hand. Kay has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Kay with a flurry of punches that miss. Kay is working McLawhorn over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Kay throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Kay lands a couple of digs. Kay is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Kay cracks McLawhorn with a solid left hand. Kay keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of McLawhorn's head. McLawhorn really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kay.
