Coming up we have a featherweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Dimitri Kowalchuk (ranked 4281 p4p, 345 weight class) and John McCoy (ranked 7844 p4p, 489 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!
This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the featherweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of New York, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 1 losses; Dimitri Kowalchuk! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 0 wins and 1 losses; John McCoy ! The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Trevor Gratis.
The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way. Kowalchuk throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. McCoy was covering up waiting for the punch and Kowalchuk finishes the takedown easily into guard. #R1# Baby keeps the fight on the outside. Kowalchuk walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Kowalchuk misses with a takedown and Baby counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Baby jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Kowalchuk tries to clinch up and Kowalchuk takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Baby lands a nice looking body shot.
Baby feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Kowalchuks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Kowalchuk is looking to take this fight into the clinch. A quick step to the side and Baby tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Baby jabs at Kowalchuk's body. Kowalchuk is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Baby avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kowalchuk takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Baby lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Kowalchuk is still on wobbly legs! Can Baby finish him? Baby scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kowalchuk doesn't seem bothered though. Baby sizes up Kowalchuk with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Kowalchuk seems to have recovered his senses. Baby lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Nice uppercut lands for Baby. That snapped Kowalchuk's head back.

He's just covering up as Baby starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
