Whelmberg shoots for a takedown but Anderson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Anderson creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Whelmberg with a big uppercut! Whelmberg tries to clinch up but Anderson pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Whelmberg to the mat! Whelmberg covers up and Anderson unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

A very excited looking Tupac Anderson rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Whelmberg leaves Delen with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Delen tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Whelmberg manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.#TD2#
Whelmberg throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Delen was covering up waiting for the punch and Whelmberg finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Whelmberg throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Delen works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Whelmberg uses his free foot to push down on Delen's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Delen.
Whelmberg takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
