Magnum avoids the body shot from Prugsanapan.
Prugsanapan tries to clinch up but Magnum circles away and keeps his distance. Magnum lands a jab. Magnum scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Magnum jabs Prugsanapan to the body, keeping him at a distance. Magnum misses with a wild body shot. Prugsanapan is trying to counter with his kicks. Magnum lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Magnum has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A jab from Magnum does it's job there. Magnum throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Prugsanapan stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Justin Magnum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Prugsanapan attempts a low kick but it misses it's target. Magnum was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit. Magnum misses with a hook to the body
and Magnum takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. #T1# Prugsanapan tries to move into range but Magnum moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Magnum is looking to wear down Prugsanapan with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Magnum throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Prugsanapan counters with a nice uppercut. Magnum connects with a body shot. Magnum throws a hook to the side of Prugsanapan's head but Prugsanapan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Magnum cracks a nice hook into Prugsanapan's ribs. Magnum lands a jab to Prugsanapan's midsection. Magnum throws a jab when Prugsanapan was well out of range. A jab from Magnum does it's job there. Nice jab there from Magnum. #CL# Prugsanapan tries to keep at a distance but Magnum has taken the fight into the clinch. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! With the fighters up against the cage, Prugsanapan throws an elbow but misses. #T2# With the fighters clinched against the cage, Magnum creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Magnum using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Prugsanapan has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

The crowd cheers as Magnum lands an impressive looking overhand right. Prugsanapan doesn't seem phased though.#ROC# Prugsanapan is rocked! Magnum cracks Prugsanapan on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Prugsanapan falls backwards against the cage. Magnum follows up with more strikes that drop Prugsanapan to his knees. Magnum keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Prugsanapan! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Justin Magnum! Justin Magnum spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

#R1# Laird tries to clinch but Prugsanapan is having none of it. Laird scores with the left hand. Prugsanapan knows he should have avoided that one. Laird moves out of range of the body kick. A head kick misses from Prugsanapan. Laird looks like he wants to counter punch here. Laird tries to clinch but Prugsanapan is having none of it. Prugsanapan pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Prugsanapan swats away the attempt to clinch by Laird. Prugsanapan misses with a double jab.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A combination from Prugsanapan does no damage. Prugsanapan chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Prugsanapan takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Laird fails in his attempt to clinch. #T1# Prugsanapan with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Prugsanapan was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. #CUT# It looks like Alexander Laird has been cut. Prugsanapan lands with a light punch inside. Laird looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Laird softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. Laird tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Laird lands a hook to the side of the head. Prugsanapan throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Laird has a couple of punches blocked by Prugsanapan.

#BC# Prugsanapan breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Prugsanapan displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Laird throws out the jab. A cross from Laird lands. Prugsanapan definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Decent striking displayed by Laird there. Decent striking displayed by Prugsanapan there. #R1# Bebe will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Bebe goes for a double leg but Prugsanapan avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Prugsanapan continues to drive forward. Prugsanapan fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Bebe on the side of the head. Horrible takedown attempt by Bebe or perhaps it was just good defense by Prugsanapan, which made it look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Robert Bebe. That's going to take a lot out of him. The fighters circling - Prugsanapan throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Bebe's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Prugsanapan connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bebe scrambles back to his feet. Bebe keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Prugsanapan. Bebe attempts a counter takedown but Prugsanapan avoids it well and moves away. Bebe throws a leg kick and Prugsanapan counters with a straight right hand. Bebe goes for a double leg but Prugsanapan avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Prugsanapan continues to drive forward. Bebe has a takedown stuffed. Prugsanapan is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Bebe pulls down on the head and he's put Prugsanapan to sleep! This one is all over!

Holey wants to stand and escape but Prugsanapan is having none of it. Holey could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. #ROC# Prugsanapan is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Disi connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Prugsanapan covering up! Disi comes in with a big uppercut and Prugsanapan goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

Blount shoots in looking for a takedown but Prugsanapan manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Blount's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Prugsanapan cracks Blount with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.#TD# Blount shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Prugsanapan trying to control from the bottom.
Prugsanapan wants to get back to full guard. Blount takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Blount is thwarting Prugsanapan's attempts to control the position. Prugsanapan tries to get to full guard but Blount has control of the leg. #ES2# Prugsanapan manages to escape and get back to his feet! The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Blount breaks from Prugsanapan's wrist control and lands an elbow. #ROC# Prugsanapan is rocked! Blount loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Prugsanapan scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Blount land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Blount stands and salutes the crowd.
