Harris has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Foot is landing a low percentage of strikes.#KD# Foot lands a left and a right that send Harris crashing to the mat, dazed. Foot thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC# Harris is rocked!#CUT# It looks like Jason Harris has been cut. Foot looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Harris lands a nice shot that snaps Foot's head back.

#R1# Harris has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Venom finds it's way round the side to connect with Harris's head. Venom ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.#TD# Venom drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Venom lands a nice forearm strike. Venom in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Venom misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
The ground and pound from Venom seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Harris is looking for a sweep. Venom landing a few strikes. Venom lands a decent elbow from side control. Harris throws a hook to the side of Riitta's head but Riitta sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.#KD# Harris cracks Riitta with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Riitta looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Harris finish him?

#CUT# It looks like Angel Childress has been cut. Childress dives in for a single leg takedown but Harris sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Harris throws an overhand right that lands on Childress's shoulder, as Childress tries to avoid the shot. #TD2# Childress shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. #ES# Harris pushes Childress off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Borrego has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Borrego pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Harris connects with a jab. Harris throws a low kick, looking for Borrego's leg but Borrego calmly moves out of range. Borrego cracks Harris with a good jab. Borrego keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Harris. Harris misses with a few strikes there.

Harris is in big trouble! Riitta throws out a token jab with nothing on it. We've been told by Harris's head coaches at The Good Stuff that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Harris cracks Riitta with an open hand slap. Harris moves out of range of the strikes. Riitta lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Harris at a distance.

"Ole!" shouts Harris as he jumps to the side. Bates slips a jab and a cross from Harris.

Willis's coach down at Vinny’s Gym *MLC sponsored gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Willis's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Willis slips under a jab. Willis is still on wobbly legs! Can Harris finish him? Willis chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Harris can pounce on him.
