Dumas thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Dumas won't allow Carter to get back to his feet.
Dumas not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Carter is looking to stand up but Dumas isn't so interested in that idea.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bowers rushes Carter and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Carter is trying to break the clinch but Bowers has him pressed against the cage.
Bowers wants to take the fight to the mat but Carter manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Carter wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Bowers tries a body shot but Carter blocks it.

Bowers throws a big counter combination but Carter scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Carter shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Bowers eats them both and turns towards Carter to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Carter moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.#ROC2#
Bowers is rocked!
Carter throws an uppercut from hell that sends Bowers clean off his feet! He's out cold! Carter stands back and admires his work as he thinks about that KO of the night award that is surely being wrapped up for him back stage.

Bender seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Carter for as long as he can get away with.
Bender's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
