Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Grason tries to score a power double leg takedown but Snowdon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Grason somewhat. Snowdon looks like he wants to counter punch here. Cash misses with a takedown attempt - Grason sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Cash fails with a takedown attempt. Grason changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mauricio Cash. That's going to take a lot out of him. Cash misses with a takedown attempt #TD2# and Grason counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Cash trying to hold on to Grason's head to control him but Grason postures up.
Cash really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Grason looks for a takedown but Herman sprawls well. Herman misses with a straight left. Grason attempts a counter takedown but Herman avoids it well and moves away. Grason shoots in looking for a takedown. Herman tries to sprawl out of it but Grason keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Herman manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Grason shoots in but Herman avoids the takedown attempt easily. Grason shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Mcpherson cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Mcpherson fails with the takedown. Elton Mcpherson is winning the standup battle so far. Grason fails with a takedown attempt from distance.#T4# Mcpherson will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Grason with the counter takedown but Mcpherson avoids it easily.#CL# Mcpherson has managed to clinch.
