Marks looks to throw the jab but Gervais is out of range. Gervais throws a big counter combination but Marks scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Gervais connects with an inside leg kick. A decent looking body kick lands there for Gervais. Gervais moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Marks looks for a takedown but Gervais sprawls well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gervais throws a quick inside leg kick. #R1# Kakka looks to land a combination but Marks avoids it well. It looked like Marks wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Kakka scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
#TD2# Kakka shoots in and gets a takedown into Marks's guard.#SUB# Marks looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Kakka has picked Marks up and slammed him! Marks can't keep hold of the triangle and Kakka manages to pass to side control! Marks is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard. Marks is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at The Forge, so we'll see if he gets out of it. Marks trying to control but Kakka postures up.
