and Koch counters with a straight right hand.
Koch missing with a left hand there. Jackson was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Jackson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jackson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Koch.
Jackson looks for a takedown but Koch sprawls well.
Koch is looking for the big counter here.
Jackson closes the distance and clinches up with Koch, looking for a takedown. Jackson pushes Koch against the cage but Koch circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
It seemed like Koch was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Jackson rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Koch moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Koch throws a right and a left that Jackson avoids nicely.
Sloppy strikes from Jackson. Those never looked like landing.

Erling Koch seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Koch lands a really nice looking cross but Jackson seems unphased.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Austin Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Jackson leaves his chin hanging out and Koch seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Jackson crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

and Jackson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Poffo avoids a punch combination nicely.

Poffo throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Jackson attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Poffo slips a jab and a cross from Jackson.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Jackson counters with a stiff right hand.
Austin Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lanny Poffo.
Poffo takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Jackson circles away from the clinch attempt
and Jackson counters with a stiff jab, followed by a cross and an uppercut! That's too much punishment for Poffo to take - he tumbles to the canvas, blood pouring from his nose, barely conscious. That's the end of the fight! Great knockout by Jackson!

A very excited looking Austin Jackson made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Lanny Poffo was interviewed post fight and said 'I've only got one way to go after that one!'.

Jackson pounces like a tiger and cracks Savage with a vicious hook! Savage is down but not out! Jackson follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!

Randy Savage was interviewed post fight and said 'I'm talking about all the way to the top, yeah. I'm justifiably in a position that I'd rather not be in. But the cream will rise to the top, ooh yeah. Macho Madness!'.

It looks like Hector Mcmahon has been cut.
Mcmahon drops his hands for a split second and Jackson immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Mcmahon face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Jackson follows up with a right hand that knocks Mcmahon into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
