Howlett throws a right and a left that Dominiguez avoids nicely. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Dominiguez! But no joy. Howlett dives in and grabs Dominiguez's left leg, looking for a takedown. Dominiguez pushes down on Howlett's head and hops out.#CL2# Dominiguez moves into the clinch successfully.

#R1# Howlett walks into a straight right hand from Jimenez. A swing and a miss from Jimenez. It looked like Howlett was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit. Howlett shoots in but Jimenez avoids the takedown attempt easily. Howlett misses with a double jab.
Howlett tries to move into range but Jimenez moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Jimenez lands with a hook. Howlett tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Jimenez slaps away a takedown attempt from Howlett, before circling back to the center of the mat. Howlett misses with a double jab
letting Jimenez counter with a right hand. Howlett shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Jimenez defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Howlett. As Glenn receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Howlett away and this one is in the books!

Bizzle looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Howlett has a closed guard, preventing Bizzle from standing up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Howlett wants to stand up but Bizzle is controlling him. Bizzle's corner is telling him to maintain position.#T1# Bizzle's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Bizzle passes Howlett's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Bizzle with the ground and pound but Howlett uses the opportunity to regain guard. Belkacem feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Howletts jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Belkacem misses with a takedown attempt - Howlett sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. James Howlett has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now.
