Loressi swings widly with a right hand
and Hard counters with a straight right hand. Hard scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Hard scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Loressi drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Loressi throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Hard counters with a straight right hand. Lars Hard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Loressi misses with a lunging right hand

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Loressi misses with a lunging right hand

The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Hard for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure. Hard scores with a nice hook to the head. Loressi tries to pull guard but Hard holds him up against the cage and eventually Loressi drops back down to his feet.
Nice body punch from Hard. Loressi looks winded! Hard stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

#R1# Loressi misses with a body shot.
Banks looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Loressi lands a head shot. Banks uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Loressi.
Travis Banks seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Loressi rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Banks moves out of range and avoids them all easily. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Loressi has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.#TD# Banks closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Loressi quickly recovers to half guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Loressi gets full guard. Loressi is adopting a defensive guard. Banks has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Banks preventing the sweep. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Loressi is controlling Banks's posture. Loressi bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Banks's guard. #REVB##T1# Loressi works a leg free and moves into half guard. Loressi passes to full mount! Loressi trying to control but Banks is having none of it. Loressi content just to control the position here. #SUB2# Banks has left one of his arms exposed and Loressi doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Banks screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.

#R1##TD2# Tots throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Loressi tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Tots is in Loressi's guard. Tots working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Tots with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Tots controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Tots landing some decent shots from guard. Tots trying to control but Loressi is working from the bottom. Tots is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Loressi working a defensive guard here.

Tots doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Loressi. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Tots can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Loressi not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Dukey Tots has got the better of the ground game so far. Tots trying to control the position from guard on top but Loressi is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tots keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Loressi's head. Tots working some strikes from top position. Tots stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Loressi swivels though and keeps the full guard. Tots not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. #T4# Loressi looking to control.

That was a close second round but I would say that Ricardo Loressi will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round! #R3# Tots ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Loressi scores with a nice right hand.

#TD2# Tots shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Tots was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Tots scores with punches from side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Loressi takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Tots lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. #SUB2# Tots tries for a kimura but Loressi is defending well. Loressi is trying to control Tots's posture but Tots avoids it. Loressi regains half guard. Tots tries to pass the half guard into mount. Loressi knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Tots trying to control the action but Loressi is working from the bottom. Tots is nestled in close to Loressi, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.#T2# Tots is keen to just control but Loressi is a slippery customer. Tots working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Tots landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Tots is trying to control. Loressi wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Loressi has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Tots is working away from the top position though. Loressi wants to improve his position but Tots is controlling well.

I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tots connects with a nice short shot to Loressi's temple. Loressi wants to control but Tots is keeping busy and won't allow it. Well, if Tots is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tots scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Ricardo Loressi has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Loressi is looking for a sweep. Tots is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Alireza with a lazy takedown attempt and Loressi counters with a nice uppercut. #ROC# Alireza is rocked!#CUT# It looks like Ali Alireza has been cut. Alireza shoots in for a takedown but Loressi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Alireza with a poor takedown and Loressi counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Alireza is still on wobbly legs! Can Loressi finish him? Ricardo Loressi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ali Alireza. Loressi drops Alireza with a big left hand! Alireza is injured, injured bad! Loressi jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
