Coming up we have a super heavyweight Tycoon World Grappling Championship rules bout between Dino Turturro (ranked 7012 p4p, 141 weight class) and Mike Dagger (ranked 8887 p4p, 231 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Mike Dagger was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And in the blue corner, fighting out of Los Angeles, with a TWGC record of 3 wins and 1 losses; Mike Dagger!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Percy O'Donnell and Frank Antenori.


The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.

Turturro is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Dagger to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Dagger shrugs it off.
Dagger has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Dagger drops back looking for a leg! Turturro is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Turturro manages to kick Dagger off! Dagger jumps back into Turturro's guard.

Dagger got a little sloppy there for a moment and Turturro has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dagger has managed to get both his arms back between Turturro's legs - danger averted.

On his way into the cage it seems that Jack Oltrades has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Jack Oltrades seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Dagger is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Oltrades is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Oltrades flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Dagger anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Oltrades and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Dagger slips an arm under Oltrades chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Dagger has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Dagger is squeezing on Oltrades like an anaconda would it's prey. Oltrades fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
