#R1##CL2# Scott clinches up against the cage. Scott prevents Elsdon from breaking the clinch. Scott goes for a takedown in the clinch but Elsdon prevents it.
Elsdon is trying to force a seperation but Scott has the dominant position. Scott prevents Elsdon from breaking the clinch. Scott keeps control of Elsdon as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Elsdon wants to get back to striking at distance but Scott won't allow it.
A frustrated look appears on Elsdon's face as he tries to break the clinch. Scott has Elsdon pressed against the cage, preventing Elsdon from circling away and getting back to striking at range.#TD2# Scott gets control of Elsdon's arms and successfully pulls guard. Scott will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Elsdon preventing the sweep. Scott throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Elsdon wants to get up but he can't break Scott's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. #T1##SU# Elsdon stands up and waves to Scott to follow him. Elsdon scores with a nice head shot. Scott fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Elsdon tests Scott's chin there with a solid looking shot. Nice uppercut there from Elsdon. Scott ducks right into an uppercut from Elsdon. Elsdon connects with the punch. Elsdon scores with a hook to the body. Scott takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Elsdon lands a lovely overhand right. Elsdon displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Scott. Iggy Elsdon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rick Scott. Scott looks winded!#T2# Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Scott takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
#ROC# Scott is rocked! Elsdon lands a brutal uppercut that launches Scott off his feet! Scott tumbles to the floor, barely conscious - the referee jumps in to save him from a beating! Wow, what an ending!
