enabling Tt to counter with a crisp jab.

and Tt counters with a stiff right hand.

Tt lands a left and a right that send Bardeux crashing to the mat, dazed. Tt thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rangel closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. #SUB2#
Rangel tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Rangel has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Bardeux wants to control but Rangel postures up.

Rangel is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Bardeux looks calm but he's in trouble here. Rangel gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Bardeux is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Rangel lets go of the hold and Bardeux can pop his arm back in it's socket.

Rangel changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Bardeux looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.#SUB#
Rangel has an Americana. Bardeux didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Rangel is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Rangel hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
