Rios ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Battle swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Rios clobbers Battle with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Rios throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. A big left from Battle misses. Rios catches Battle with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!#CL# Battle clinches up with Rios and pushes him back against the cage. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Rios takes a shot to the head. Battle works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Battle screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
