Man has been working on his balance at Slaughterhouse, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Fujiwara.

Man scores with a big shot! Fujiwara's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Fujiwara! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

Man throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Man ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Patterson moves away.
Patterson connects with a crisp jab.
Patterson fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Man avoids it really well and circles away.
Patterson fails with the takedown.
Man is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.

Patterson closes the distance and clinches up with Man, looking for a takedown. Patterson pushes Man against the cage but Man circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Damion Patterson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
