#SU2# Fox stands up from guard. Let's bang! #TD# A momentary lapse in concentration from Fox enables Workman to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Fox manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Workman showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Workman really is a fat lump. Fox is trying to keep Workman in close.

Workman could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Lord wants to take the fight to the mat but Workman manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Workman taking a breather. Hardy looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Workman throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Hardy tries to control but end up mounted... ooooh, that's bad. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. A nice elbow there by Workman.
