#R1##CL# Logan fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Chatham, pushing him back against the cage. Logan's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Logan tries a body shot but Chatham blocks it.

Logan lands with a short head shot on the inside. Logan leaning against his opponent.
Logan digs a right hand underneath Chatham's ribcage. Chatham let out a lung full of air as it connected. Logan lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Chatham backwards. Logan gets through Chatham's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.#CUT# It looks like Mike Chatham has been cut. Logan goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Logan works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Chatham swings wildly with an uppercut but Logan uses good head movement to avoid it. Logan blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Logan lands with a light punch inside. Logan throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Chathams head. Logan lands a body punch in the clinch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Chatham. Logan lands a body shot. Chatham looks winded! Logan is pushing Chatham up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. #T1# Logan working some nice short punches in the clinch. Logan works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

A nice right hand lands inside from Logan. Logan pushes Chatham back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.#ROC# Chatham is rocked! A short right hand to the side of the head by Logan. Chatham is still on wobbly legs! Can Logan finish him? Logan unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Chatham! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Logan is unloading with more strikes now! Chatham drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!

#R1##CL2# Sykes gets tackled into the cage by Chatham. Chatham maintains the clinch. Chatham lands a body shot in the clinch.
A short right from Chatham on the inside. Sykes fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Chatham pushes Sykes back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Chatham lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Sykes. A short left from Chatham. Chatham lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Sykes changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Chatham fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Sykes shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Erik Sykes. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sykes throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. #CL2# Chatham moves into range and clinches up with Sykes. Chatham softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chatham lands a left hand that snaps the head of Sykes backwards. Chatham lands on the inside with an uppercut. Chatham lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. A body shot lands from Chatham.

Sykes jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Chatham walks away with a smile on his face. Sykes gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Chatham throws a shot to the body.
Sykes is breathing heavily.#CL2# Chatham darts in and clinches Sykes up against the cage. Chatham lands with a good tight uppercut to the head. Sykes has been working on his balance at Roosters Coop, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Chatham. Chatham lands with a short shot to the head. Chatham throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Sykess head. #ROC2# Sykes is rocked! Sykes blocks an uppercut.
Oh Sykes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Chatham has a couple of punches blocked by Sykes.
A head punch on the inside from Chatham fails to land. Chatham misses with some punches.
Chatham tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Chatham misses with a hook from the clinch. Chatham working aggressively here.

A head punch on the inside from Chatham fails to land. Sykes seems to have got his legs back now. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Chatham throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Sykess head. Chatham lands with a right to the head. Chatham lands an uppercut. Chatham creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Sykes with a big uppercut! Sykes tries to clinch up but Chatham pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Sykes to the mat! Sykes covers up and Chatham unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Mike Chatham! An out of breath Mike Chatham thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
